DECLARATION AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

I/We solemnly declare and agree to the following as a condition of membership in Federation of International Trade Investor Gunodaya (FITIG) Association (CIN: U85300UP2021NPL148971, Section 8 Companies Act 1956, Niti Aayog: UP/2021/0289089, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India).

1. TRUTH AND AUTHENTICITY
All information provided is true, accurate and authentic. False information results in immediate membership cancellation without refund and may attract legal action under applicable Indian law.

2. INDEMNIFICATION
I/We fully indemnify FITIG Association, its office bearers, directors, staff and representatives from all claims, losses, liabilities, costs and legal expenses arising from: (a) membership allotment; (b) any processing error; (c) business decisions based on FITIG introductions or information; (d) any third-party dispute involving my/our organisation.

3. RULES AND REGULATIONS
I/We agree to abide by all FITIG Rules, Bye-Laws, Memorandum and Articles. Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action, suspension or termination without refund.

4. LEGAL COSTS
FITIG being a non-profit will not bear any legal expenses on my/our behalf. I/We bear all court or arbitration costs and protect FITIG from any financial liability from proceedings involving my/our membership.

5. JURISDICTION
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Gautam Budh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.

6. NON-DISCLOSURE (NDA)
Confidential information shared at FITIG including investment proposals, business strategies, trade intelligence and member data is proprietary. I/We will not disclose or use such information outside FITIG without prior written consent. This obligation survives for 24 months after membership ends.

7. NON-SOLICITATION
I/We will not directly solicit any FITIG member, investor or partner introduced through FITIG to circumvent FITIG's role for 12 months from the date of introduction without written consent.

8. NON-REFUNDABLE FEES
All admission fees are non-refundable once the application is processed. Annual renewal fees are non-refundable after 7 days from payment date.

9. DATA PROTECTION
I/We consent to FITIG collecting and processing my/our data for membership management and communications under India's DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR where applicable. Data access or deletion: privacy@fitigassociation.com

10. MEDIA CONSENT
I/We consent to being photographed or quoted in FITIG's official communications and publications in connection with FITIG activities.

11. CODE OF CONDUCT
I/We will maintain professional integrity in all FITIG-facilitated dealings and will not misuse FITIG's name, logo or credentials.

12. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by Indian law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

FITIG Association is registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act. Contributions are non-refundable once processed. (C) Acceptance is decided by the Executive Committee — application may be rejected without assigning any reason. (D) FITIG Association is not responsible for any personal financial transactions between members. (E) By submitting you are bound by FITIG's Rules, Regulations and Bylaws.
