FITIG Event Registration Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between Federation of International Trade Investor Gunodaya (FITIG) Association (CIN: U85300UP2021NPL148971, Section 8 Company, Niti Aayog: UP/2021/0289089) and the Delegate registering for the event ("Delegate").

1. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of the applicable delegate fee. Payment must be completed via NEFT/RTGS to Axis Bank A/C 921010033620157, IFSC: UTIB0000022 or via Razorpay/UPI as invoiced. Fees are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. A GST invoice will be issued upon request.

2. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations made 14+ days before the event: 75% refund. Cancellations 7–13 days before: 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days: No refund. Transfers to another person are permitted up to 48 hours before the event. FITIG reserves the right to modify the event format, speakers or date without refund unless the event is cancelled entirely.

3. FORCE MAJEURE
FITIG is not liable for cancellations or postponements due to events beyond its reasonable control including natural disasters, government orders, public health emergencies, or acts of god. In such cases, FITIG will offer event credit or rescheduling.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY (NDA)
Delegates acknowledge that certain information shared at FITIG events — including investment proposals, project details, trade strategies, and member business information — is confidential and proprietary. Delegates agree not to disclose, reproduce, or use such information outside the event without prior written consent of the disclosing party. This obligation survives for 24 months post-event.

5. NON-SOLICITATION
Delegates agree not to directly solicit business from other delegates, speakers, or FITIG members introduced through FITIG events in a manner that circumvents FITIG's role as facilitator, for a period of 12 months from the event date, without FITIG's written consent.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All presentations, materials, brand assets, and content displayed or distributed at FITIG events are the intellectual property of FITIG Association or respective speakers. Delegates may not record, photograph, reproduce, or distribute such content without written permission.

7. CODE OF CONDUCT
Delegates agree to maintain professional and respectful conduct at all times. FITIG reserves the right to remove any delegate found engaging in disruptive, offensive, discriminatory, or unethical behaviour without refund.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA CONSENT
By registering, Delegates consent to being photographed or filmed during the event. Such media may be used by FITIG for official communications, social media, and promotional materials. Delegates who do not consent must notify FITIG in writing before the event.

9. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data collected during registration will be used for event management, communications, and FITIG membership purposes in accordance with India's DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR where applicable. Data will not be sold to third parties. Contact: privacy@fitigassociation.com

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
