Women in Trade — FITIG Empowerment Programme
FITIG Association’s Women Empowerment Programme is dedicated to making women entrepreneurs a driving force of India’s trade and economic growth. Guided by the principle of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam”, FITIG believes that no economy can achieve its full potential without the equal participation of women in global commerce.
Programme Objectives
- Help 500 women-led businesses achieve export readiness by 2040 (Mission 2040 target)
- Provide mentorship, capital access, and global trade network connections
- Ensure women’s representation at FITIG trade missions, delegations, and policy forums
- Advocate for gender-inclusive trade policy at government and international levels
