Terms of Use — FITIG Association
By using the FITIG Association website and applying for or holding membership, you agree to these terms.
1. Membership Terms
All applications are subject to Executive Committee approval. FITIG reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason. All fees are non-refundable. Members must abide by the Association’s Rules and Regulations.
2. Indemnification
Members indemnify FITIG Association, Office Bearers and Staff from any litigation, dispute or claim arising from membership allotment. FITIG is not responsible for personal financial transactions between members and any person.
3. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
4. CRM Access
CRM portal access is granted to eligible members only. Sharing credentials is prohibited and may result in membership suspension.
