She specializes in mixed-methods research, impact assessment, proposal development, and evidence-based policy solutions. Dr. Mitra has authored several peer-reviewed publications and was honoured with the International Buddha Peace Award 2026 for her outstanding contributions to public health, women’s empowerment, and social development.
