With a unique background that combines a Master’s degree in psychology with extensive experience working alongside a Special Forces Combat Veteran, Jennifer brings a distinctive perspective to organizational troubleshooting. Her expertise spans program implementation, strategic planning, government relations, funding acquisition, and budget management on both sides of the ledger. She has successfully executed projects across Asia, Africa, the UK, Haiti, Mexico, Canada, and France, helping NGOs navigate complex international landscapes.
Jennifer’s hands-on experience includes directing fundraising for the Gol Iluminado Foundation, where she currently leads the Sport For Hope Indigenous Football Tournament for the National Tribes of The Americas. She has also managed capital campaigns for the Children’s Services Council of Broward County, written and researched grants for Kids in Distress, and developed state and federal grant proposals for Habitat for Humanity compliant with LEED and Florida Building Code standards.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer served as a Supervised Psychologist during the Massey mine disaster, managed 128 databases and reporting systems for the State of Florida, and contributed to research and therapeutic development for the Brain Injury Association of Florida. Her diverse background also includes special events planning for the American Lung Association and serving as an Alumni Representative for Duquesne University, where she underwent extensive fundraising training.
